Web Development Consulting If you prefer to do your own website development, chances are you’ll have certain components that you need help completing. IHS Web Solutions has three-level support available for purchase, and the more you buy, the more money you’ll save. By purchasing credits, you are purchasing access to whatever level or combination of levels of support you need. When you ask for help, we’ll tell you in advance what level the assistance will require. Credits can be redeemed towards any level of support.

Level One – Our Level One support is designed for basic technical support. This would include help with cPanel, email, advanced WordPress & phpBB design and setup, maintenance on websites that do not have a maintenance plan, and basic HTML/CSS help. Level One support is one credit per hour.

Level Two – Level Two support goes beyond the basics. This level includes help with Flash, mailers and forms, Javascripts, Fantastico scripts beyond WordPress & phpBB (which are Level One support). Level Two support is two credits per hour.

Level Three – Level Three support is provided by our most talented and experienced programmers and server experts. Level Three support includes server-side scripting, database configuration, SSL and e-commerce integration, etc. Level Three support is five credits for two hours of support (2.5 credits per hour).
