We are proud to announce our new Sentinel Backup & Recovery System. This unique product continually backs up your site, with literally dozens of restore points every day. When you make a change to your site, Sentinel sees it has changed and creates a new restore point, usually within just a few minutes.
Because of our commitment to providing premium service to our customers at a great price, we have decided to include this service for free to all hosting customers. Other hosts charge as much as $100.00 per month for the same type of service.
If for some reason you need to restore your site, you can do so directly from your cPanel login. Just go to cPanel and click the icon under the files section called “R1Soft Restore Backups” and you can navigate through all of the active restore points. If you’re unsure of what to do, or you are uncomfortable doing it yourself, you can also request a restore by submitting a support ticket through AMS.
